I have been practicing for over twenty years as all I can remember since childhood was a yearning desire to help people. This led me to become a therapist and fulfill that dream. Having worked with individuals, couples, families and adolescents, I have provided therapy to those struggling with many life issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and more. My mainstays of treatment modalities encompass Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I have an active engagement style that is set in a calm and reassuring environment.
When not focused on my clients, my husband, children and I love to travel, go swimming, boating and just being outside in nature. I am an extremely open-minded individual and would love to be a part of your healing journey.
