I was born in Long Island and Queens but now reside in Florida for many years. Let me just say as a child my father decided he couldn’t go through one more winter of snow. Personally, I don’t blame him. My areas of special interest are Anxiety, Depression, life transitions, grieving and the loss of a loved one. I feel compassion, knowledge from many years of expertise, learning coping skills and most important new actions quite often result in successful outcomes. My belief is that we all share a common bond. This became evident by an encounter with Dr. Anna Freud, granddaughter of the famous Dr. Sigmund Freud. She was preparing to deliver a speech at a conference I was attending. I was in the bathroom Dr. Freud happened to be in and advised me, a complete stranger of her nervousness!!
Personally, I am excited to watch my own children thrive and excel and about being a grandmother to twins. I am a voracious reader and partake in a volunteer dog rescue. I enjoy exercising on a regular basis to keep my mind clear and level headed. I would love the opportunity to meet you so we may walk on this journey together.
